FULL HISTORY. Rolf Scamander was born on November sixteenth, 1981. His parents died when he was five years old, and he now lives with his grandparents. He is an only child, and his father was as well, so there are no other Scamander cousins. He has a perpetual fear of venus flytraps (carnivorous or not) because of a nasty bit he got on his left arm the summer before fourth year, while on one of his many plant and animal expeditions with his grandfather. Newt Scamander is Rolf's biggest role model and he goes on trips with him all the time. Rolf is in Ravenclaw, with top marks in everything but Divination, because he finds it pointless. Rolf doesn't like to use magic unless he needs to, so you won't see him with his wand a lot, other than in classes. He is now in his Sixth year at Hogwarts.
